Conn slides interchangeable?

I am a recreational player with a Conn 52H.  I am thinking of upgrading to an 88HO and thought of getting the SL2547.  I thought I read on here somewhere a while back that the slides on the 52H and 88HO are interhangeable.  Is that correct?  In other words it would save me a lot of money to use my current 52H slide with a new (used) 88.  Thanks for any information on this.

Yes, the 52H and 8H / 88H slides are interchangeable.
I have an 8HT and a 52H.
