100 years ago today Muni Zudekoff was born.
February 8, 1919.
Happy Birthday Buddy Morrow!
Buddy passed in 2010. He led and toured with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra into his 90s. He played with Tommy, around 1938. Now that’s a career. I did a couple tours on the “Wrong Bus” in the late 1990s, and I still reminisce with a former band mate.
