Wedge mouthpieces: original vs 2nd generation

Has anyone had any experience with original vs 2nd generation Wedge mouthpieces? I've been thinking of getting either a delrin or acrylic 1.5g sized one to try out. I visited the site recently and noticed the intriguing 2nd generation option. Any thoughts would be welcome. :good: :good: :good:

I have a 2nd generation 96C that I use on my alto. It's super comfy, but I don't have a 1st generation 96C to compare it to.
