Live monitor pair at $750?

Hi, everyone! I'm preparing to invest in a somewhat inexpensive-yet-decent mic/monitor setup for my church hall. What I'm looking for are some recommendations for a monitor (pair!!) that comes it at-or-under $750. It's a kind of small room (20' x 70'), so it musn't been a huge setup. What I'm more "about" is good sound quality, and that they don't break up or get noisy at high-ish volumes. If stands are included in the price, I'd gladly factor them into the cost.

Anyone have any knowledge with this?
