"America the Beautiful" for solo vocal with concert band?

After hearing yet another rendition of the Carmen Dragon setting of "America the Beautiful" with solo vocal added, I've got to ask:
Does any know of a good arrangement of AtB for concert band that was actually written as an accompaniment for solo vocal?

I see versions with option chorus parts, but nothing scored for solo voice and nothing truly scored as an accompaniment.
