FS: Martin Deluxe Tenor Trombone

A really nice and RARE Martin Deluxe tenor trombone that I won off ebay and before that was bought at an estate sale. This horn(I believe) has a 7 1/2 inch bell and a .500 bore size. That is my estimate of the horn because the seller had no idea on the specs and I just can not seem to find any information on any online catalogs. If requested, I can take it to my repair shop and they should be able to confirm the specs.
The slide is brass, the bell is silver, and the tuning slide is brass as you can see in the photos. The slide has had work done by a wonderful technician and is a solid 8/10 along with the slide lock which also was fixed. The horn has a few love dings and blemishes but still looks great and is cosmetically a solid 7/10. More pictures can definitely be available upon request just let me know!
Now, for the part you care about, this horn can SING. This horn plays especially well in the upper register and sounds great in the middle and lower register! The slotting in the horn has the classic malleable slotting that Martin did so well. You can definitely show up with this horn in any big band or salsa/Latin group and be play lead thanks to the big sound it carries. This horn can be pushed dynamically and it will not give you any problems whatsoever. The response of the instrument is great and the tone a bit bright making it perfect for those you players out there!
I am really sad to see this horn go because it has served me well but I can only keep the other two that I need. This horn has a lot of history and you can tell by playing it, I would love for this horn to go to a good home where it will be appreciated and played!
