Hmmm.
"Materials imported from Japan." Presumably packaged from bulk in U.S.A. Sold only on Amazon? No reviews from apparently-knowledgeable trombonists. Target audience elementary-middle-high schoolers? Sold two bottles at a time (encourages over-use?)
Anyone want to venture a tryout and report?
I've got a near-lifetime supply of Yamaha Slide Lube and Slide-O-Mix
Rapid Comfort that both work well with just a few drops on my well-maintained slides, so I'm not interested in a trial purchase.

I ordered some to try. I'll let you know my thoughts.

I ordered a euph/tuba cleaning kit made by Libretto a year or so ago, snake brushes I had were good for trumpet, French horn, and trombone, usable for euph, and worthless for tuba. Brushes seem as good as my other ones, that I couldn’t even tell you what the brand was. Included was a bottle of Libretto tuning slide grease. I wasn’t impressed with that.

I have a beginner student who showed up with a Libretto care kit and lubricant. I gave the slide a quick swabbing
and wipe-down, and applied it. It is almost clear, has a nozzle like the Yamaha lube, and is in-between trombotine and the Yamaha in consistency. My initial impression was that it is easier to apply than traditional cream, and spreads easier on the inners. It works best with water. Her slide worked very well immediately afterwards.
Definitely good for kids, IMO. I'll withhold my opinion on how well it holds up until she has a few more lessons.

The ubiquity of Amazon - especially for parents of beginners!
Thanks for the update about Libretto.

The web site for the company is oddly devoid of any details, and the only contact information is a web form. It's clearly oriented towards the low-end student market. They sell a "student trumpet" and a "student clarinet". Otherwise, they appear to be doing an excellent job of concealing any information about the company or products.

I bought some, and it is a gel-like cream in a squeeze bottle.
It reminds me of super slick trombone cream but thicker. It doesn't apply as easily as Yamaha slide lubricant. You need to apply a few drops and rub it in with your fingers. Once applied and sprayed with water, it works surprising well.
