Help Me Identify a Trombone - Festi brand?

I need help identifying a trombone. It’s a large bore trombone and kind of feels like a Bach Stradivarius with an open rotor F Attachment. I just bought it for a nephew to use in cadet band for $50 (he’s going to do some marching and he’s in gr 7 so it made sense to get a budget horn to play with and eventually grow into for more serious stuff)

I can’t find any trace of the trombone online, but it seems quite old. Here’s a link to the photos: https://ibb.co/album/VJt13w

I’m wondering if it’s chinese, but it seems too old to be a recent mass manufacture.

it could definitely be a chinese copy of the 42bo. i cant seem to find any traces either so my inkling says it's not a particularly large production rip off. chinese ripoffs tend to age quickly which may be why it looks/feels old.

it'll be fine for him to start off and learn his way around the horn before buying him something more proper later on. especially concerning that he'll be out and about marching and stuff. if it survives for a while until he is ready for a more serious horn, it could very well be a beater for him to use at events where he/you may not wish to bring something more expensive and important.
