Elkhart Lustre-Conn Lacquer and CitriStrip

Post by Driswood »

I’ve used CitriStrip to take the lacquer off two bells. It was very effective on a 2006 King bell and a 1965 Bach bell.

Anyone know how effective would it be on 1957 Lustre-Conn?

As I understand it, LustreConn is chemically similar to King orange lacquer (which is chemically similar to modern King lacquer).
