3D printing models

A friend of mine has a brand new 3D printer and he wants stuff to print. Some other friends of mine were showing me their 3D printed mouthpieces.

How would I find models for different mouthpieces to send to my friend? Or a program to design my own mouthpiece? I looked around a bit and found a few things but they all seem specific and/or inflexible.

I'm just wondering if anyone can share their more recent experiences on this.

VennCAD lets you export SVG and STL files, with the ability to account for shrinkage built in to the software. You can print any of the models they have data on or make your own.

Free. Their website even says they want people to use the software for that.

Thia looks very cool. For those with the aptitude and access to a 3-D printer, it could at least be a lot of fun!
