King Cleveland Valve Bone

I retrieved this curious valve bone while visiting Palm Desert. When I acquired it, someone had painted it purple with auto paint. It took many hours, but I finally removed all the paint. I had initially thought the horn was an Olds and, being an Olds person, I had hoped it so. However when I got the paint off the bell, it showed a skyline of Cleveland, said made by H.N. White and determined that it was commonly known as a King Cleveland. It is playing well and has quite a good sound after the paint came off. Valve action is very good, as is intonation. I am wondering where such a horn fits in the hierarchy of King instruments. Was it a student horn, or something better. Appreciate any input. Serial #44160'.
