Shires trombone tips
Hello again, since my last post I have found another trombone that I am seriously considering. It is a shires TBQ30GR. I know that shires is a very reputable brand so I thought that this would be a good pick. What do yall think?

I play all Shires, they are all custom built for me. So I like them a lot. In one orchestra of mine the entire trombone section plays Shires. One of them has a Q series, similar to what you are thinking of, and he’s very happy with it.
Shires is certainly one of the best brands out there.

Are you just hunting around various music stores and finding trombones for sale, and then looking at the Internet to get their reputation? Do you have an unlimited budget?
You are in high school. Do you have a trombone teacher? If so, seek advice from your teacher.
If not, find a good teacher, And then seek their advice before you make such an expensive purchase.
