Anyone own or played on one of these? Impressions?
Thanks,

Re: Adams TB-1 with red/nickel or red/silver bells
I was just about to post about the horns I enjoyed trying at the ITF, and one of them was an Adams with ( I believe) a red bell stem with a sterling flare. I only spent a short time on it - those rooms are brutal with all of the people trying equipment all at once! That particular tenor did make a good first impression on me, as well as a sterling silver alto with a B flat attachment. The Adams horns seemed to be really well made, and the slides felt really good as I recall. I wouldn't suggest buying anything based on less than a 5 minute trial, but it was a horn i wanted to keep playing.
