I am the second owner of this very clean and all-original Conn Elkhart 88H circa 1970 (N series serial number).

The bell is very clean with only a few minor scratches, absolutely no signs of dent removal or trauma.

The only evidence of dent removal on the entire horn is in the main tuning slide (see images).

There are a few minor dings in the slide crook, a tiny bit of pitting around the hand grip, and the original owner's social security number etched into the neckpipe.

Original lacquer is 99% intact.

Slide is easily 8.5-9/10, nicely set up, with no inner wear and no evidence of previous damage or repair.

Original case in very good condition.

This is an awesome playing Elkhart, priced to sell at $1980 shipped to CONUS only. There will be no "lowered price" bumps on this one.
