What the most simple and functional programs for slowing down U-Toob videos w/o changing the pitch?

I was skeptical--I don't trust the Google or Big Tech in general.

I have definitely used it. I do some transcribing, and generally I prefer to listen at full speed but sometimes I need to slow it down to hear details.

Has been a great help to me. One off subscription with free updates.
