Pacific Northwest Symposium -- update

Earlier I posted a question regarding the Pacific Northwest Trombone Symposium. Funding challenges and time constraints has caused us to downgrade this to "Trombone Day". This year (only, hopefully ! ) we will have the event on Sunday, April 16th, 9am-1pm in Tacoma/Parkland at Washington High School. And, it is free for participants (this year!)
This means scrapping the Paid-clinicians because we just could not guarantee funding from ticket sales. So for this year, we are hoping we can get a few "volunteers" to come out and lead either a question-answer session, or maybe short clinic, masterclass, etc. We know-- people are due their pay so no pressure is out there, just asking if anyone might consider. Also, we have a group, The Sliphorn Society which will be playing so some guest soloists might be a nice option if anyone reading this is interested.
As for totally cancelling it, there was a lot of interest, especially from schools, so we wanted to at least do a "kickoff to next year".
Any advice or ideas from this community is welcome here.
