Playing in the Boston Symphony? Neither. First (learning) trombone? Ether. Both in perfect condition? The less expensive. Resale value? Yamaha. Buying used? The one in better condition. Which makes you sound better? Only a play test can tell. Playing for people listening with their eyes? Edge to Yamaha.
