Original (out of print) clef studies blazhevich/ make offer

Original clef studies in excellent condition. The binding is in great shape, only some light pencil marks (dates, assignments ect) only first 10 pgs. This is more a vintage collectors item I'd say but looking on amazon there price for used if you can get it is $195!!! I'm not thinking anywhere in that ballpark, but am thinking that it is worth something to someone. So I'm open to offers or possible trades
