Re: Sonas trombones
They are the most vibrant and responsive instruments I've ever played!!!
Very flexible, easy to change color and even sound and tuning all over the instrument.
The slide is 1000/10 and incredibly light (even though I think they are regular weight slides). I've never seen anything like it, not even on the best Shires slides (which I thought they were the best ever before trying these).
The valve range is really easy to play with the Instrument Innovations valve.
I bought my tenor a year ago and I couldn't be happier!
I'm now saving for a custom made contra and possibly a bass after that
You should reach out to Pedro Pastor (Pedrombon: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=3041) if you want more accurate info. He's a Sonas artist and he helped develping them.
