Information on BAC rental

I am considering renting a small bore with an F attachment form BAC. Does anyone have any experience with this service.

I rented a BAC horn about a year ago. The customer service was excellent. I ended up ending the rental due to the cost, but it allowed me to "try before you buy" and I discovered those great cases they use.
