Graduate Assistantship - Immediately Available!

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Department of Music is seeking to fill a 2022-23 Graduate Teaching Assistantship with a prospective student with Trombone as their primary instrument. Preference will be given to those applying to the Master of Music programs in Wind Conducting or Trombone Performance.

A successful application to the UWM Graduate School and a successful audition for the Music Department will be ultimately required to qualify for the assistantship. The assistantship package includes full tuition remission, a monthly stipend, and additional benefits. The assistantship is renewable for a second year. Assistantship duties will be determined later, and will be made in consideration of the student's strengths and experiences.
