Hi all,
BGuttman redirected me here, so here we go.
I've started a YT channel named Smooth Summer Sessions a few weeks ago, with the sole purpose of having fun recording and waiting to become one of those million-views YouTubers (no but seriously).
All jokes aside, I just like recording and trying to document my growth in both arranging, recording, playing etc.
I know the first few vids on the channel are a bit wonky because they were live and we were totally NOT into the right groove, but the home recordings are something I really like.
Some examples below:
Une Belle Histoire

Sittin' on the Dock of the Bay

Anna Colada (a German song, nobody knows it I presume
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsrdJhbl278

So, leave a like, a comment, or subscribe if you wanna make my day
Please let me know what you think, and also if there would be songs you'd really like. I'm always into a fun challenge.
Also, the Sousaphone and stuff are recorded by me. I got the idea from my best friend, who does this with a really Dutch style of playing, with songs that are played in local bands.
I really enjoy this way of making music, so I'm keen to hear constructive help and also what you really really think.

Those arrangements sound fun!
And of course I know Fäschtbänkler! Never underestimate my "cultural" interest

Wonderful! Otus Redding is one of my favorite musicians to practice and play (especially "The dock of the bay" https://musescore.com/official_author/scores/6924271)!
