SoundTech ST122T
I'm not that good at sound and I was just gifted the sound board. Does it need an amp or does it have it's own amp? I see it has phantom power if that means anything. It's in great shape, from our church, the sound equivelant of it was "only driven by a little old lady on Sundays". Any help is appreciated.

Phantom power means it can be powered by ghosts (at night, when 110V is unavailable). Or it's 48V DC on the mic channels to supply condenser mics; dynamic mics and passive ribbon mics do not require phantom.
This doesn't have internal amplification, so you need a power amp too, or powered (active) speakers that have built-in amps.

Well, at night the 110v is unavailable because the dang ghosts keep turning off the breaker switch in Phasmophobia!

I've a fan of QSC power amps. GX3 and GX5 are good choices, which one depends on how much power you need. I bought mine used and got good deals.
I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are still missing!
