This week's video is a transcription of Michael Dease's solo on Shortcake. I try to break down some interesting things that he does also. Enjoy!
Thanks to some helpful comments, I now know that Benny Golson wrote Whisper Not, and Freddie Hubbard made that trumpet lick famous. Research isn't my strong suit, but I'm learning all the time.
