.525 Shires slide on an Eastman-Shires .547 horn?

Hi all,
I have an Eastman-Shires .547 horn and would like to explore .525 slide options. Visually the fittings (tenon and slide lock ring) on my Eastman-Shires look pretty similar to the Shires fittings. Does anyone know if a Shires slide will mate to an Eastman-Shires bell?
