Case for multiple slides

I am searching for a suitable light weight case for 5 to 6 spare slides. I don't mind doing the padding myself, but have hard times finding a cheap case with suitable dimensions. Something like 100 x 30 x 20 cm outside measures. Do you have a suggestion?

I keep thinking about making one. Or two. Absent that, I have slides stuffed in gig bags with pads between.

What I would make would likely be 1/4" hardwood ply put together with a boatmaker's "stitch and glue" method. Stitch all the corners together with copper wire, then slather the joints with body filler.

Arrow cases for archery may be an interesting option for you. Saw a picture of a homemade slide case made from archery supplies recently and it looked super clean and tidy.

Cheers,
Andy

I was hoping I did not need to build the box myself. ... hmm, I keep on looking and will post if I find a solution.

Conn sells a slide box for multiple slides, but I'm not certain if it'll fit wide slides.

Taylor Music was/is selling them for $95. It holds 4 slides nicely. Wide slides fit if you remove or trim the fabric layer that rests on the compartment.

Thanks for the info on the Conn Box. I try to find one here in Europe. Good advise!
