You must make three, substantial posts, each of which must be approved by a moderator before your posts begin appearing to you and others. In other words, they won't show up, even to you! Our moderators are usually pretty active, so a few hours. These are meant to prevent users who have no intention of participating in the forum, but merely to scam or spam. Your posts must be "substantial"; not merely throwaway lines. We don't have a hard-and-fast rule for this. But make your posts be at least a few sentences that are on topic. Do not make your first posts in the "tangent" section unless it is an extremely, materially useful comment. This thread will no longer serve as a means sufficient to approve your registration.
