Shires T47 inner slide tube measurements
Does anyone have a current/newer (<10 years) ๐๐๐ slide (not wide), or variant? And if so, be willing to to measure the inners and share the information? That begs the question: Where do you measure the inners? The lower tube (bell side) looks like the inner runs all the way through (even with) the tenon. And the upper tube (mouthpiece side) looks like it runs through the cork barrel to where it joins the hand-grip assembly. I would appreciate any/all of the information: Measuremets of ๐๐๐ inners, or how to measure the inners. Thanks!

Yes, the tubes run all the way through the bell tenon and the mouthpiece side crossbrace.
One of THE most important measurements is the stocking, the raised area at the end of the inner tube.
The inners are usually sent just a bit long and trimmed after installation.
Unfortunately, I don't have a Shires inner to measure, but you can probably send an email to them asking for the info.

Ahh! My measurements might not be as useful to you in this case! My slide is one of the 90s ones. It was actually the backup slide for one of the NSO players that I'm failing to remember the name for at the moment.
