Have a look at the Facebook group called "Trombone Etude of the week". It is a great group where every week a new etude is posted, people then record it and post it on the group for discussing.

Fun stuff and every week a great etude.

Also cool to hear those etudes you already played a thousand times played by someone else. Some really good musicians are posting their versions and it can become quite inspiring.
