So from pictures in the dropbox link you can tell there is obvious lacquer wear and scratches from 8 years of collegiate and professional use, but nothing has eaten through to the extreme and some leather straps would prevent further issue.
When I went to the factory to purchase a new horn I was told that the valve section still blows tight and from a playing perspective the horn is still sound. The horn has been chemically cleaned, and mute dents have been removed.
For the horn, 4 lead pipes (T1-3 and a T1 Long), and a case (SKB hard case) I'm asking $2,800. Considering new these horns go for around $5,000 I think it's fair, but I would like to sell this horn in a hurry and can be flexible. Would be a great horn for a young undergrad or for a bass trombone doubler.
