Copyright is owned by one of Urbie's best friends here in the UK..... It most certainly is not a warm up method..... It is called an hour a day , which Urbie's describes as embouchure maintenance but as yet still to meet anyone who plays it in an hour!!!

Anything Urbie intrigues me. Anybody up for a review of this book? Is it available in digital format (for my iPad)?

No it's not in digital format, it was pu together back in the mid 90's and printed in the size it is spiral bound to fit in your trombone case.

It took many months of work to get Urbie's to write stuff down and then edit and print!
