Great Slide Action
This one came to me in pretty good shape. Some dentwork was done on the bell throat and tuning slide- the bell plare itself was in great shape. The inner tubes are almost perfect- jsut one spot of plating wear at the bottom of one stocking twice the size of a pin head- rare and excellent shape for an early 60's Elkhart Conn. Lacquer was failing on the bell throat and had grips so new coat was applied. Slide did need and was given a cleaning and alignment . Slide is now what you want from a great instrument - fast free smooth and quiet.
