This is low technology but useful. I keep a bottles of water in my car. I live in Michigan. So in the winter you keep bottles of ice in your car. Hard to drink ice.
I have a ice chest/cooler in my garage next to my car that I put my water in at night. In that chest is a small coffee cup warmer is just enough heat to keep the ice chest/cooler at about 40 degrees F.
Something for those in the cold areas.
Low technology ice water.
