Eager Beaver and Count Basie's Broadway
Does anyone have a copy of 2nd trombone part for Kenton's Eager Beaver and the 4th part to Basie's Broadway by Frank Foster they would be willing to scan and send to me? I have some very irresponsible players in my band. Thanks in advance. PM me please

Re: Eager Beaver and Count Basie's Broadway
I can usually help with such requests, but this one has me stumped. Are you certain about this information?
Certainly Stan Kenton was largely responsile for popularizing "Eager Beaver." There are at least a dozen arrangements of the tune, but I've never run across one that credits Kenton himself with the arrangement.
I don't know a tune titled "Basie's Broadway." There's a Basie album titled Broadway Basie's Way, but there's no such tune on that album.
Perhaps if you were to show me/us samples of those arrangements, that could help clarify what you're lookig for.
