Professional Bass Trombonists who still use dependent valve configuration?

I was chatting with a longtime friend last night who is a fellow trombonist and we were trying to take inventory of current professional bass trombonists who still play with a dependent valve setup. Classical or Jazz.

I know Yeo and Pagano are retired, and Pagano eventually switched to independent. Dave Taylor still uses dependent, right? Any others? Thanks.

My friend Chuck Morris here in Boston plays a dependent axial set. He puts up a lot of overdub videos of his arrangements on youtube. Great player.

I played dependents professionally for about 10 years, and I play single valve a lot now.

Micha Davis of the Israel Philharmonic plays single valve.

I think Andy Chapelle of the Minnesota Orchestra played dependents for a while.

There are a number of great freelancers in NYC who play dependent:
- Max Seigel plays various dependents.
- James Rogers plays a dependent Holton (if I'm up to date).
- Bill Whitaker was in the pit of Phantom on Broadway with a dependent Holton mostly.

Also, I'm pretty sure when Mick Mulcahy moves over to the bass trombone chair in the Chicago Symphony he plays a Bach with dependent Thayers.

Others with dependent basses:

Alan Kaplan usually plays a 62h and he is great on bass. I think some of the other LA people also play 62h or basses in that general flavor.

Quite a few UK people play dependent basses. I heard Septura Brass 1.5 years ago and the bass trombonist sounded great on his 62h.

In Germany I don't know any orchestral bass trombonists right now who play dependent, but a lot of the jazz and bigband guys do.

Hans Ströcker from the Vienna Philharmonic played dependent axials on a MV bell for a long time. Switched to independent a few years ago.
