Mystery mouthpiece MEA77 double cup

Can anyone identify this mouthpiece? It's marked MEA77. It has a very small (Eb tenor horn size) double cup and a small shank. I've searched, but can't find any information on it. Thanks!

Looks like a banda valve trombone mouthpiece.
