The horn looks like a straightened-out Sousaphone, but with 4 valves. Probably very custom. And wired for effects.

I am fairly certain it’s King Bb bell-front tuba reorganized and cut into CC. The valve section looks to receive a Conn 20k removable neck and bits. Definitely some creative assembly/reimagining - the fourth valve tubing across his face I could live without but perhaps there is a good reason.
