New Works for Trombone!

Hi all! My name is Ian Lester and I am new here! I am mainly a composer and euphonium but I double on trombone and tuba as well! I just wanted to share that I have recently written a few new pieces for trombone! The first one I want to share is called S0c1AL for solo trombone, fixed media, and optional guitar pedals (they are not absolutely necessary to make the piece work). It was commissioned and premiered by Brent Mead and he recently performed the work at ITF. The second work is called RELEASE THE BEAST! and it was commissioned by the KC Trombone Workshop and will be premiered this Sunday at 2:30PM at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in Kansas. Both pieces are not available on my website - I'll link them below. I also have a piece for solo trombone with trombone or euphonium trio accompaniment called Pleasantries (premiered by Daniel Wood) and a sonata for trombone and piano (premiered by Cameron Akagi) published with Cimarron Music that I will link as well!
