Hi Guys.
You may have noticed I have a Shires tenor up for sale
On the classifieds. It’s listed with a 2RVE T7 bell but I also have an MS.
I can’t find any info on the MS though. It is rose and feels thicker than the 2RVE or 2rveT7.
Does anyone know what exactly this bell is. I know the M is medium. Not sure about the S.
Thanks in advance!!

Master series. Between the pro select and the Q series. Iirc they are regular weight but I don’t believe the line was around for all that long

Thanks Matt. So it’s a regular weight rose gold bell?
Are the specs written down anywhere so I can compare it to the 2RVE?

One of my bass trombone bells is a PS G. It's the Pro Select model in gold brass. I'm told it's fairly similar to a BI 2G because it has an unsoldered rim and is regular weight.

Yeah. I want to say it was after the Eastman by Shires series but that is going off some very old memory. Kind of an attempt at doing a Getzen line. I suspect like mentioned, if it’s unsoldered it’s probably close or identical to a 2Y.
