(trombone-related) Christmas presents?

Post by MStarke »

So - did you get any trombone-related Christmas presents? Or just another year of acceptance by your loved ones?

I wished for acceptance and got some Bob Mcchesney books (which I of course asked for). I especially wanted to get more structure in learning doodle tongeuing.

Softone mute for my bass trombone. Much easier to carry around than my Humes & Berg stonelined bucket.
I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are still missing! :D

My daughter (8) picked out a t-shirt with a cat wearing sunglasses and holding a trombone!

My t-shirt Christmas gift. Guess I won’t be getting the WoodWindDesign bass trombone stand I asked for.

A brand new Griego NY 1.25! Blasting pedals feels like absolute heaven on earth and then some compared to my old Schilke 58.

A brand new Bach LT36BOG and (3rd) left shoulder surgery! Mutually exclusive, so a Trombone SpineSaver is on its way to me.
