Have any of you dealt with Angular Cheilitis or think it could be caused by wetness from trombone playing?

Any trombonists dealt with Angular cheilitis?
Didn't know it had a name before, but yeah, I've had that.
I never linked it with trombone playing, I presumed it was something to do with dry, cold, dreary, Midwest winters and I don't think I've had it since I moved south
