Why can I remember music I haven't seen in almost 50 years, but I can't remember where I put my phone or to take my vitamins???

You played that music on an almost daily basis for several weeks; you put your phone wherever you put it only once. Not sure about the vitamins; do you have a set routine for when you take 'em.Kingfan wrote: ↑Sun Apr 10, 2022 8:14 pm I played an arrangement of "West Side Story" in high school somewhere between 1973 and 1975. It just came up in community band and I nailed all the tempo changes, key changes, triplets, odd rhythms, phrases, etc.

Aren’t the vitamins suppose to help with memory or something?
