For those of you who own an Edwards B502-i (current version), what hard case are you using? The Edwards cases look nice, especially the carbon fiber, but that one is a bit too expensive. Is the Edwards "vegan leather" any good?

I use the 3K. I have a vegan leather and it is nice too. Marcus Bonna cases are phenomenal too. Lots of options. I use the 3K Bc I wanted latches and not zippers.

Recently I purchased trombones in which the stock cases have latches. I used cases with zippers for more than 20 years, and now love latches.

Would a Shires axial bass fit in the vegan leather?

Just in case anyone is interested, the Edwards carbon fiber cases are no longer available. They told me these cases have become too expensive to produce.
