Just some friendly criticism:

That bass trombone lick in measure 8 is technically playable, but will sound like absolute mush on a real bass trombone unless it's slowed down greatly.

Check the piano spread between two hands - some of the chords are unplayable due to requiring a very large spread - for example, in m. 9 in the left hand, the low G to B-flat.

There's no articulation markings. Maybe this is deliberate, but as written this allows for a huge range of different interpretations.

Yeah, that lick is not meant to be played the way the MIDI played it. Hence the feathered beam. It's supposed to start slower and only get up to tempo at the end.
