Hi everybody,
I wanted to ask you if you have any recommendations of an app with which one can record and mix and make a playback. (Kind like GarageBand)
An app that could run both on iOS and android is best.
Thanks
Best recording and mixing app

Maybe Audacity?
Not sure if it runs on iOS though...

If using iOS, check out ‘Cubasis’ for sure.

Cakewalk by Bandlab is a fully pro level DAW and it is free. I found it way easier to use than Audacity. I have mixed a bunch of overdubs and some videos for my community band with up to 35 tracks with it.
I also bought Acoustical Mixcraft for half price in theirBlack Friday sale last week. I think it may have potential to be better than CW, but I am still learning it.
Any of these programs have a bit of a learning curve. It’s a whole new language to learn, but I am enjoying it.

Oops, you said IOS. Both those programs are for Windows. Final Cut Pro is a popular DAW for Mac.

You are correct. I should keep my mouth shut when it comes to macs. I know squat about them.Driswood wrote: ↑Sun Dec 06, 2020 8:51 amI think you meant Logic.
